Social & content

Social media and content for business

An account that posts every day and says nothing costs more than one that posts twice a week and is worth following.

Built and running at Lawang Estate, a property developer selling villas and land. The figures below are theirs.

3accounts, three different jobs
32sector references studied
0vetoed phrases the generator will print

01 · What it is

We start from the account, not from the calendar. A group with several brands does not need the same feed three times: each account gets a job — trust, proof or desire — and pieces are assigned to the account whose job they do.

More detail

Then we look at what already works in the sector before writing anything. In one plan the best-performing references all had the same pattern: the person on camera was the one with their hands on the work — the builder, the notary — not the founder, and the topics that won were about risk, not beauty. That changed who films and what they film.

Organic content is also what makes paid media cheaper, which is why this sheet sits next to G01. The same creative discipline applies: most of it is watched at thumbnail size on a phone, and it is made for that.

IN PRODUCTION

A parent brand and two projects, each with its own account and its own job: trust, proof, desire. Behind them sits a creative library in the intranet — a generator that builds pieces from the real project photos, a list of phrases Legal has vetoed that the generator will not print, approval by role, and a dossier assembled from the database instead of copied into a slide.

05 · Questions

Do you post for us?
Yes, or we hand the plan and the pieces to your team — whichever you prefer.
Do you film?
We plan what to film and edit it. Filming on site is done with you or with a local crew, because the best material is the real one.
Can you guarantee followers?
No. Followers you can buy are worth nothing. We plan for enquiries and trust.
How is this different from the ads?
Ads buy reach today; content is what people find when they check you out. Each one makes the other cheaper, which is why we do both.
What does it cost?
It is quoted on scope: number of accounts, pieces per month and whether filming is involved.
