Deleting the data of our Facebook app

The "AxisWorks" app keeps the access key of the Facebook Page that authorised it (encrypted), the number and name of that Page and of its Instagram account, and a record of when it was connected. It keeps no data from your personal profile. The details are in our privacy policy.

This cuts off access at once, Instagram included. Log in to Facebook with the account that manages the Page and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations. Choose "AxisWorks" and click Remove.

Write to hello@axisworks.studio with the name of the Page. We will check that the request comes from someone who manages it, delete the key and the Page's data from our database, and confirm it to you in writing. We reply within one month. If the Page belongs to a business that asked us to run its social media, it can also disconnect it from its own panel.

The encrypted backups that already existed keep the key until they expire, normally within 8 weeks at most; nobody uses them to publish. We only keep the Page's public number and the date it was disconnected, as a record of what we did.
